The house is 5 min from 495 exit 32, close to 110, where all the shopping centers are. It is a quiet private property surrounded by wooden areas. The room is at second level, where is a half bathroom (for your use) and also another available bedroom for rent. The room has a Queen bed, closet, bookcase and desk with chair. There is room to add more shelving (which are available). The shared areas are the kitchen, bathroom downstairs and basement where you can store things and where is the washer and dryer. There is the main entrance you can use exclusively, if you want. I can provide (organic) cooked food for additional cost. If necessary a small fridge and microwave can be put at the second level for your immediate use. No drugs and excessive drinking is allowed. Smoking only outside or not at all if it’s not agreed upon.

I am a 61 years old engineer, artist, living at home at present. There is a friend living at the first level but he might eventually leave.
