East 11th Street

Hello!

My roommate and I are looking for 1-2 people to take over our lease in East Village starting MAY 15th. The lease would go until August 31st, with a definite option to renew.

The apartment is located 1 block from Tompkins Square Park in Alphabet City. It is a walk up with two floors, a spiral staircase and private roof deck overlooking The Lower East Side. We’ve lived here for four years and have taken great care of the space. We want you to love it as much as us! The street itself is quiet and we have never had any trouble with our neighbors or the building in general.

The bedrooms are $1340 and $1390 each. To take over the lease, our management company requires 1st month’s rent, last month’s rent + security to move in. There is a small application fee, but NO BROKER FEE. We are hoping to have a commitment by the first week of April in order to get the approval process started.
