Hello!

This is an enormous room, with its own bathroom and walking closet, in a chic apartment. Located in Casa Mira View (next to I-15 and close to cinemas, supermarkets, bus stops and Miramar College), this is a great place to stay :) A shuttle (courtesy of the leasing center) can take you anywhere in Mira Mesa too.

Room is 11’ 9’’ x 20’ 2’’ (or 3.5814 m x 6.1468 m) which makes in quite spacious. It has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom for extra privacy without sacrificing space.

The amenities include spa, tanning beds, amazing gym with group classes included, pool, jacuzzi with a great view, restaurant (with room service), bowling alley, karaoke stage, carousel (technically it’s for kids but I guess anyone can ride it ;). Business room & TV room if you’re more low key are there too. Gorgeous sunsets are a super plus! Within the apartment, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room are also available. If the room is not big enough for your stuff (which I really really doubt), there’s a huge storage room outside next to our balcony.

Utilities are shared in such a way that my flatmate pays for water and electricity and I pay for internet but you can discuss a different arrangement.

I’m getting transferred because of my job so that’s why I’m looking for someone to take my place :( I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the lease, as my flatmate cannot afford to pay for the whole place by herself. The contract is due in December 2017.

PS. My flatmate already has a puppy and a cat so I don’t think she might be ok with having another dog but a cat might work out. Tambien se habla español :)
