About the room
Newer home. Bedroom with own bathroom for $925 + utilities; it’s the 2nd bedroom in the floor plan. This is split evenly, rent is $1850. I have two dogs and cannot have any other pets in the home per the lease agreement. You will have to pass a background check & credit check with the lease company.
Home is supposed to be ready for move in July 23rd-Aug 1st depending on how long they take to clean/prepare it.
No couples please. Single occupancy only.
Unfortunately, I don’t have any more images as of yet, since it is occupied by tenants. Nor did the lease company post any. There are some on their website of other models, Frontera.
About the roomies
I am outdoorsy, clean, respectful, organized and easy going. I enjoy hiking, biking, riding motorcycles and relaxing around the house in my free time. Rent would possibly go down some if my significant other moved to Reno.
