Looking for a new roommate to join our house - move in September 1st ~!!

⁃ $715/month + Utilities ⁃ Must be OK with cats! We have two weird loveable boys~ ⁃ No other pets allowed unfortunately!

Your Space: ⁃ Large private bedroom/bathroom in a fully finished basement with a walk-in closet and a great nook for plants or reading!

House Features: ⁃ Front and Back Porch ⁃ Private Backyard ⁃ Laundry Room w/Washer and Dryer ⁃ Large Kitchen w/Dishwasher ⁃ Garage & Driveway ⁃ Central Air

Shared Spaces: ⁃ Pretty much anything that isn’t a private bed/bath is shared, but you’ll more or less have free run of the whole basement~ It’s roomy! (and there’s a big comfy sectional down there)

The Area: ⁃ Super close to 35W, 62, and 494! ⁃ Very public transit friendly - steps away from bus stops for the 4 and 515, with transfers to more routes just a couple of stops away~ ⁃ Very walkable! Parks, convenience stores, grocery stores and some restaurants are all pretty nearby.

Katie - She/Her Heya, I’m a 28 year old witch and also a huge nerd (videogames, D&D, anime/manga) I have two sons (they’re the cats) named Soul and Killua. Both are named after anime characters and have very big personalities (and one is just literally BIG, lol) I used to be a barista and bartender so I’m good at making tasty cocktails and coffee :) Currently I work as a Software Engineer for Target.

Jeran - They/Them Howdy~!! I’m a lv.27 weirdo werewolf skater goth that can’t skate, but I do play guitar! I’m a freelance artist so I work from home on the regular, but I have an office upstairs so I won’t be in your space at all ~ I’m also a huge fantasy adventure/DnD nerd!!

Robin - She/Her Hiii! I’m 31 and I’m a queer art nerd that loves complaining about Zelda games (even though they’re the best). I like to cook, and randomly decide to bake too much bread and wind up sharing!
