Brandon's room

Room for rent is in a two story 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house. The room is upstairs. It has a nice window and ceiling fan and light. Parking for your vehicle is available. Bathrooms are shared.

Our female roommate is moving out and we have a room available for rent. I am a 33 y/o male Marine Veteran. I own the house and have two dogs that are older and well behaved. One room is rented out to another 35 y/o male Marine Veteran and he has 2 kids that are with him most evenings and weekends. Kids are well behaved and quite. We both work so during the day it is just the dogs guarding the property. We have always had female roommates, but willing to accept the right person that fits all of our personalities and we all get along.
