I am the only other rommie and I work out of my house by day. I am originslly from California so there wont be any southern overtones here. I am direct value communication and live a quiet life. I cannot tolerate yes maam no maam I am unfortable with that if you talk like in that manner it wont work out. The civil war is over and its outdated way of communication. I am straightforward very comical and I juggle a lot also if you have ocd and move all my things around single file that will not work either. I have xperienced that and its very uncomfortable. You are free to reorganize your room for kicks have at it but the rest of the house is not to be managed by the tenant its my space, These are things people learn in kindgarden but you would be surprised how few people retained it. Doors close behind you I have two dogs that will not be your responsibility at all but they are slick getting out the door. You will need your own support system and do not befriend the neighbors I am a private person they stay to themselves, This is a perfect place to transition to your next step no distractions.
