The room is clean, furnished comfortably, a respectable size, and ready for occupancy. Located in West Seattle in the North Shorewood neighborhood with easy access to the 509 and local bus service everywhere. I am seeking a financially secure and employed person that is naturally clean and neat, rational, kind, and easygoing. Non-smoker only, and no heavy drinkers or drugusers. Sorry, no more pets.

There will eventually be another roomie but for now it is just me and my small cat. I am 58. Originally from nyc and So. Cal and have lived here for seven years.
