The rent includes water, heat, internet, and gas. There is a Netflix account for movies. There is also a washing machine, dryer, a kitchen, a deck, and a backyard to chill. The room is fully furnished, lovely windows, Beautiful quiet, I am looking for CLEAN and QUIET people Preferably someone working, a travel nurse or retired for short term stays. Extra fee for additional guests due to utility usage. Can be negotiated.
