[Apartment] Super large space, living room is unoccupied, with its own balcony, NYC skyline view; the apartment has an indoor washer dryer, downstairs is the gym and swimming pool.

[Facilities] The building has a built-in luxury gym, outdoor lounge, outdoor BBQ station, 24-hour doorman collection package, outdoor swimming pool, outdoor entertainment area, badminton hall, squash court, tennis court, 24-hour maintenance, and other services such as Zipcar.

[Periphery] The building is next to Washington Blvd on the main road, and there are large supermarkets, wholesale supermarkets, and Newport mall nearby. Personality(ies): 1). We are open-minded and laid-back people, who like to be private and keep to ourselves. We do not intrude upon other people’s lives, neither pass judgment on lifestyle choices. Our motto is: Live and let live. As long as you are considerate of us and our living space, we will be as well. 2). Sports-centric and active people with one of us being a former professional tennis player (will capitulate to play upon persistent nagging.) 3). We provide a lot of importance on keeping the common areas in the apartment clean and tidy, as well as cleaning after yourself. 4). On weekend, you can expect us to make full-use of the periphery as well as some quality “couch & netflix/nintendo switch” time in the living room. 5). Finally, we are considerate, polite, responsible and respectful individuals.
