Courtney's room

I’m looking to rent out the bedroom that has a bathroom on its own floor. Kitchen, living room and backyard are free space (we’d respect each other’s personal bubbles). The room is downstairs. Located on the south hill only a few minutes away from grocery stores, target, Walmart, and the riverfront/mall. I am fine with a small dog being present, but as long as there’s no scratching of the furniture. Month to month rent. I will probably only rent the room out for a month, but could be 2 or 3 months. Parking available on the street in front of the house.

I am the only person living here. I work from 6 pm to 6:30 am, 5 or 6 days a week. I play video games, binge watch Netflix, or eat a bunch of food at once.
