Looking for 1 roommate: 1 bedroom available (in a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom) house in Hicksville that is $3200 ($800/person), 5 min drive to Hofstra, 15min to NYIT. The whole house is newly renovated, all four rooms are relatively large and equal in size. Has washer/dryer, dishwasher, driveway, and ample street parking. It is in a convenient location that is close to everything you ever need: Costco, Target, Ikea, H-mart, TJmaxx, a large mall, and close to an LIRR station. First-month payment would be $800 security + $800 rent + $800 brokers fee. Short-term of at least 5 months minimum stay (no brokers fee) or up to 1-year lease available. Looking to fill ASAP.

The other 3 roomies are all-male medical/PhD students. One is currently working from home. Everyone is very nice and respectful. There are 2 rooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, 2 rooms and 1 bathroom downstairs, you would only have to share the bathroom with one person. Shared spaces are open to everyone.
