My roommate and I moved here just at the beginning of the month, since it has a backyard for my two dogs. It’s a great old house, second oldest in the neighbourhood. Beautiful kitchen, ton of space, and minutes from the Highlands area and Tennyson St. Shops, both very thriving areas full of young people. This is a private room, with a shared bathroom. Everything but the room is furnished, so you only need to bring your bedroom! My roommate is a 22yo male who moved here from Indiana. He’s incredibly laid back, chill, 420 friendly, stoner dude. Loves Disney, D&D, WoW, musicals, and more. I am a 23yo female, born and raised in CO. I’m laid back, not as much as he is, but I’m not a stoner so that probably adds to it. I love to cook, bake, D&D, Disney, and my dogs (and more). Together, he and I are some very chill, respectful roommates, looking for someone of similar personality. We are looking for a temporary roommate, until his cousin moves out. This is a great situation for someone who needs a place while looking for a permanent place, or any other type of temporary tenant.
