Courtney's room

This is a two bedroom two bath apartment. The space available is the guest bedroom & the guest bathroom is right next to it with a full bath. Laminate flooring in the living room, tile in the kitchen, bedrooms have carpet. Large patio with beautiful trees that bloom in the springtime. There is laundry onsite, a pool, gym, & entertainment room. The neighborhood has plenty of street parking, very safe, next door to a park with fitness equipment & a library just down the street. There is a shopping center and grocery stores nearby as well. Redondo pier is less than a 10 min drive! It is honestly in the best location of the southbay & close to so many essential things.

My roommate and I are both from Arizona and moved out here together 2 years ago. We have had a great experience living together & we are only parting ways because she got a new job in Orange County & I am not looking to move out that way. I am very chill & respectful as long as I get the same in return. I have a senior dog who unfortunately does not do well with other dogs but once she warms up to people she’ll want to be your best friend! Cleanliness, respect, & privacy are important to me. I work a lot outside of the home and also run a small business, in which I create/sew in the home. I love to go to the beach, hang out with friends, visit family, & be active…Im always listening to music in my room but I am respectful of noise levels & dont tend to have guests over unless I have voiced that with my roommate. Communication is key and thats all I ask for!
