Looking for a nonsmoking female roommate for my luxury apartment in White Plains-prime location-2 blocks to Metro North 30 min to NYC Amenities-Olympic size indoor pool, hot tub, saunas- enjoy all year round relaxation Gym- machines, weights, full exercise studio with classes Backyard garden oasis- professional BBQ, picnic tables, gazebo, sunbathing Indoor secured garage parking available- small monthly fee Social- Party room/ lounge Need to study- quiet in the apartment, great places to study in the building, large library1block away Every convenience at your fingertips– Lots of delicious restaurants, stores, great night spots, 3 malls, movies, Starbucks, bars and clubs, music venues, performing arts center, supermarket, Target, parks– all within walking distance! Apartment- gorgeous, spacious, hard wood floors, granite countertops, amazing natural light, washer/dryer and dishwasher in apartment, great closet space with walk-in closet, 1 large bedroom, sizeable living/dining room, willing to divide up the space so we are both in agreement, I have extra furniture if you need Safety- 24 hour doorman, security cameras, secured indoor garage, adjacent to Police Station Commute to NYC- 30 minute direct to Grand Central(Metro North), apt. is 2 blocks from the train station and buses Looking for- female, nonsmoker who is respectful and neat. I’m good with just being apartment mates and/or friends. Also, I’m fine with being quiet if you need to study. Available August 1, but I am flexible if you need to move in earlier or later $1000+ per month depending on how we divide the apartment I’m on a low floor so you can avoid the elevator if you want. White Plains Metro North station has EXPRESS trains, so it has FEWER stops on the commute to Grand Central Station.
