I currently have an available room for rent. It’s the bigger of the 2 rooms in the house. The area is located in Oak Park which is a very quiet neighborhood and I’ve never had any trouble there. Parking should not be an issue because there’s the driveway that’s always open. I also have a front load washer and dryer. If you have things to store there’s extra storage that was once a 1 car garage. I don’t have cable TV but I do have Cox premium high speed internet. I do have a TV in the living room and it’s connected to Netflix, there’s also Playstation 1, 2, 3, and 4 as well. The kitchen is open to use as well but if you do use it please clean after yourself and do the dishes too. I’m not a neat freak but I do like to keep my place nice and clean.

Rules: No pets allowed, I’m allergic. No sleepovers. Not a party person or 420 friendly, I’m into having peace and quietness. Rent is due the 1st of every month Prefer full time workers/ students Please have some sort of proof that you’re able to pay your rent as well.

Benefits: There’s only going to be 1 roommate, it’ll be nice and quiet, drama free, no pets so the place will be pretty clean, lots of room in the fridge, always a designated parking, there’s an extra area that’s pretty wide open so if you want to workout or dance you can as well.

About me: I’m a 35 y/o male and I work FT at a local hospital. I’m a healthcare professional and my schedules is Sunday to Thursday mornings. I’m usually up by 0530 and out of the house before 0630.
