Master bedroom in a great apartment in a great neighborhood! We are in the River Pointe Apartment complex. You can visit their website to see a 360 tour and floorplans. They are pretty accurate. We do not allow any pets, sorry about that. There is convenient assigned parking. Great internet connection if you are working from home. In unit laundry. Spacious kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of cabinet space. Hardwood floors in doorway, kitchen, and bathrooms and very clean carpet in the rest of the spaces. Even though they are not open right now, there are multiple pools, Jacuzzis, tennis courts and gyms on the property. There are BBQ and picnic areas as well. We are NOT allowing any pets at this time. You MUST BE SERIOUS about taking all precautions related to COVID. It’s a stressful time for us to invite a new roommate into our home and I’m sure it’s the same for you. My boyfriend and I are working professionals. I work for Intel. My boyfriend is an EMT. We are pretty quiet but entertain for time to time.
