My current roommate is leaving behind her dresser, bedframe, and nearly new full size mattress. The room comes furnished or unfurnished and I’m open to painting the room if you don’t like the pink and yellow walls. It is a friendly, secure building with live-in super, the rest of the tenants in the building are families and young professionals. The apartment comes with two of the cutest cats in the world.
