Ari's room

You’ll have a private room with a large window for air circulation and a private bathroom. It’s a 1,400 sf home. Street parking is ample and available and located in South Seattle in a community cul de sac. You can park in my driveway next to my car if needed. Walking distance to the water/beach and really good run/bike route to Seward Park. Close to a few bus lines 7, 9, and 50. It’s a short walk/bike ride to the Rainier Beach Light Rail Station. Also close to grocery stores, coffee shops, bakery, and yummy restaurants. Utilities and light bill will be split evenly but will cost $150-200 a month for the first two months until the first bill arrives. I’m open to extending the lease if the arrangement works out but am looking for more short term lease roommates.
