One room available with a shared bathroom. Square footage of the whole house is 2,100 sqft so there is plenty of space. (Furnished upon request w/additional cost and deposit) Neighbors are quiet and nice. Large front and backyard. Perfect for outdoor relaxing and for gatherings with family and friends. Shade trees in the front yard. Large roomy kitchen and living room. Full bath on the second floor. 1/2 bath on the first floor. Washer and dryer in the pantry. Wifi included. No garage access. House is less than 5 - 10 minutes from nearest shopping center (grocery stores/ retail stores) and I - 35.

Currently I live alone but spend most of the day working. I am a manager for a fence company in Austin, which is why I am usually gone most of the day M-F. I love fitness and have my own little set up in the garage which is why the garage space isn’t avaliable. I’m easy going, friendly, clean, and respectful of others, their property, and their privacy. I do have 2 puppies that love attention, so not looking for any more pets in the house.
