About the room
Awesome apartment close to Colfax and the Capitol! You would get your own room and bathroom. The apartment would be furnished, just your room would be unfurnished! Pretty big closet as well. You would get your own covered parking spot in a garage and the landlord covers HOA fees, water, trash. Split WiFi and electric! Cats and dogs are welcome, we would just need to figure that out and the deposit out! Also, the lease ends Nov 30, so it would just be a short time BUT you have the chance to release if you like it!
P.s. sorry the pictures show how messy it is, just took some quick pictures. The room and bathroom will be spotless when you move in!
About the roomies
Your roommate would be a 24 year old girl who just graduated with her masters in social work. One cat who is the cuddliest creature on earth. Roommate likes camping and rock climbing and going to concerts!
