Hey! I’m looking for roommates to fill 2 rooms in 3 bed/1 bath apartment. The apartment is located near Tufts park in South Medford. Walking distance to Davis Square and Tufts. It was just recently renovated and full of natural lights. There’s a spacious area that contains living room, dining room and kitchen. Free laundry in the basement, gas stove, granite countertops, dishwasher in the kitchen, easy street parking with residense sticker, nice backyard with grill for outdoor hanging. The common areas are furnished, but the rooms won’t be. Apartment also has central AC and heating. First bedroom on the first floor is $1000/mo. It has a good size, big enough for a full bed and a desk and also there is a closet in the room. Second bedroom in the basement is $850/mo. There is an area in front of the basement bedroom that can be used for an office. Utilities approximately $60/mo.

I’m a young professional working in software company currently from home. Clean, respectful and easy going. I like soccer, hikes, run, cook, read and relax watching Netflix. In normal times I usually don’t spend a lot of time at home but now since I work remotely I usually at home in weekdays and somewhere out on weekends. Open for male and female roommates.
