For rent! Fully furnished walkout basement with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living area, dining area and a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a hotplate. Free street parking and free access to the full kitchen and laundry room located in the main floor.

The house is conveniently located in a quite neighborhood. You’ll be few minutes away from Harrison crossing and central park’s plethora of shopping and dining amenities, as well as Spotsylvania town centre, access to I-95 and be within riverbend school district. It is also 20 minutes drive to downtown Fredericksburg and 45 minutes drive to MCB Quantico.

We require 6 months minimum stay, 1 month worth security deposit and $300 non-refundable move out fee (deductible to your security deposit) that are due upon contract signing. We will require 3 months worth of payslip/paystub, background check & credit check fee and provide a copy of your valid government ID to be considered.

Please note of the following restrictions: Maximum of 2 individuals only. Limited one car free parking. No pets. No kids. No party/events. No other guests allowed. No smoking. No unsecured weapons. No illicit use of any recreational drugs. NOT cannabis friendly.

We are married couple living in this house. Although we accept anyone, we will be giving priorities to all single female/male active duty in the military or in law enforcement and travel nurses. We have two German Shepherds and a husky so you must be comfortable with extra large dog breeds. Our other dog is reactive so we will not be accepting anyone who has pets. Our husky is not suitable for children 8 years old and below. We will not tolerate bringing other companies in your room unless informed and given permission ahead.
