One unfurnished private bedroom available for rent, with all utilities included in the rent! Townhouse is located by Messiah College, and is within 20 minutes of Harrisburg. 1.5 shared bathrooms, with a standing shower and tub. Pet friendly! I just bought the house a few months ago, so living room is still unfurnished but I’m working on it! 1-car parking out front, and additional cars can park in the circle (30 second walk). I do not have a preference for who parks where. Female roommate is preferred, but I could make an exception.

I’m a 25 year old female living with my cat Lucy and a 1 year old Australian Cattle Dog named Simon. I try to clean regularly and keep the house tidy, and expect a future roommate to be courteous and try to do the same. That being said, I would never flip out over a mess so long as it doesn’t go untended to for weeks at a time. Smoking, drinking, on premises is accepted, however I do ask that you only smoke cigarettes on the back deck (outside!).
