Valerie's room

I am a 37 year old female who is recently moving to Atlanta. I currently rented a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. I live alone and have a son that is 16 he does not live with me but travels back and forth as he lives in New York. The house will be basically just us and you would have a bathroom that you would use since he is not home. I also have a 13 year old small dog. The room will come beautifully furnished and closet space. I have washer/dryer available for use, living room, and kitchen as well. I work alot and looking to find a nice roommate that is respsectful yet we can still become friends!

I am very clean and like to keep things in order. I am easy going and keep to myself but can also be social.
