There are three of us here now. No private room, no private bath. Shared only. There is a modern kitchen and balcony in this apartment with a view overlooking one pool. This apartment is honestly great! We have all of the cookware and utensils needed so, if you’re a student with not much to bring, that works well. The apartment will be furnished with a couch, dinette, and extra seating. If you need anything, we can help you get it. This is a very secure apartment complex as far as the apartment itself with electronic locks and steel doors. I’ve never known an apartment to get broken into here. The washer and dryer are a full size stacked unit and not the usual apartment sized miniatures. Rent includes internet, water, trash and electric (Please don’t be wasteful). The lease is approved. You will need to sign the lease with us. You will pay the apartment complex, not us. This is not month to month. There is an application process with the complex. There are 2 gyms, 2 pools, a club room, 24 hour package pickup, walking distance to the metro, bus stop out front, completely non-smoking complex (not inside, not balcony, not center area: must be 250ft away). Underground parking is available for $75 (which gets paid with the rent) if you want/need that and charging for electric vehicles. If you don’t have bedroom furniture and need that, we can discuss it. Bedroom furniture is all you need. You must be legally in the US due to my job. Current roommates are female student in her 20s and older male professional. Contact us and let me know. We are willing to work with the perfect roommate to figure it out. We are laid back and prefer quiet. Work usually M-F 8 to 5. If we want to party we usually attend diners with friends or go to events like wine tastings and boating open houses or motorcycle events. Outdoor concerts are cool and going to the mountains for skiing, boarding, hiking or going to the beach for some water and sun. The guy has a full time job and teaches motorcycle safety as a side job for both Harley and the government.
