Included are in-unit washer/dryer, off street parking, a furnished living room, dining room, and kitchen, and plenty of extra storage in both the attic and basement. The unit has central air and gas heating which we pay Separately along with electric and internet.

Currently living there are myself and two male roommates who will be moving out at the end of July. I am a professional in my mid 20’s working two jobs, mostly nights and weekends. In my spare time I enjoy getting outside, going to live music, and spending time with my friends and family. I hope to find someone down to earth and easy going but responsible.
