We are looking to fill the master bedroom in our beautiful Brentwood mansion! The house has a massive living room, private backyard, 4 parking spots and a garage for 2 cars. The house is in a great residential neighborhood with the Brentwood farmers market less than a 2 minute walk away! The room comes with a private balcony, a private bathroom with a shower & bathtub, a walk-in closet and lots of space. The room is unfurnished but we can provide a mattress if necessary.

Current roommates are all in their mid-20s very chill people will classic 9-5 jobs. We are clean and respectful however love to have fun when we can. We also have a golden retriever that lives with us too. He is super friendly and loves everyone. Rent ~$1,850 and the lease is over September 30 with a possibility of renewal.
