Sydney's room

We are looking to fill a room in our beautiful Brentwood mansion! The house has a massive living room, private backyard, 4 parking spots and a garage for 2 cars. The house is in a great residential neighborhood with the Brentwood farmers market less than a 2 minute walk away! The room comes with a private balcony and lots of space. The room is unfurnished but we can provide a mattress if necessary.

Current roommates are all in their mid-20s very chill people will classic 9-5 jobs. We are clean and respectful however also love to have a good time. We have a golden retriever that also lives with us. He is super friendly and loves everyone. Rent ~$1,550 and the lease is over September 30 with a possibility of renewal. Message me if interested!
