12’x12’ private room for rent in a 2bed 2bath condo from July 15th to August 31st. Nice gated community with gym, swimming pool, easy access to 78.

Looking for someone to stay in my room during the summer, the room is fully furnished (queen size bed, closet, desk, light, couch), with access to a balcony and a ton of light all day long. The condo has AC, laundry on the unit, and price includes gas, electricity, and fast internet. You will also have your own bathroom. Parking inside condo is also included.

10 minutes to Oceanside-Carlsbad beach, 10 minutes to San Marcos, 40 to SD.

I share the apartment with two young professionals (22-24yo) also in college that share the other room. We like to keep the kitchen and living room clean.
