I’m looking for a female or nonbinary roommate to rent one bedroom of a 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is in an amazing location, just one block off Williamson Street. It’s across the street from McPike Park. The park hosts lots of festivals with live music and a weekly farmer’s market throughout the summer.

I’ve lived in this apartment for six years and love it so much. My roommate is moving out at the end of July and I’m looking for someone to sign a full year lease.

I’m a 30-year-old female. I work part time from home as a jewelry artist. Besides creating art I love being outdoors, relaxing at the park while listening to a good podcast, and cooking healthy meals. I enjoy being social but I’m not a partier. I love having a friend or two over to cook and watch movies. I like my living environment to be very relaxed and inviting. I’m looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and a good communicator.
