Lauren's room

Very cozy and spacious apartment in a convenient location in Medford, MA. Flexible move in date and potential to buy some furniture off leaving roommate. We have a cat so any potential roommate must be okay with animals. Parking available on street (if registered at address) or on nearby streets within short walking distance from the house. Features include 1.5 baths, on-site free laundry, back porch, and dining room. Our landlord lives in the adjacent unit with his family and dog. Unsure about security deposit, will have to ask landlord.

Current roomies are a graduate student at Tufts and a nurse practitioner, ages 23 and 29. We enjoy winding down with TV/movie nights or having visits with friends (pre-pandemic), and are both currently working from home. We are both very clean and ask the same of any other roommate.
