This beautiful town house is located just a half a block from Forsyth Park, a mile and a half from River st/ Congress. There is a convenient store/ gas station right around the corner as well as a bus stop. The town house was built in the 1800’s and has been beautiful restored and kept. I am actually renting out my room so you will live with two of my friends I’ve known for years, Niqi, 27 and Christian, 28. Both work in hospitality and are fun, clean, positive, outgoing people. Between work, school and social life they aren’t home very often. Niqi does have a dog “Honey” who is the sweetest thing and love to cuddle.
