Rebel Road

Hey! I am moving out of my room at the end of July. My roommates and I are looking for college-aged roomies :) My bedroom is $690 + around $35-85 for utilities (water is billed every other month)! it’s a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house and is huge. big backyard and has basically 3 living rooms! (garage was converted into another room by landlord years ago) new carpeting in bedrooms, and tons of storage throughout the house. it’s right off the Genessee ave exit off the 52, by the target and reading cinemas shopping centers! Also, Mesa College is about a 7-minute drive away as well as UCSD being about 12 minutes away! The beaches in La Jolla or Pb are both about a 10-15 minute drive away, so it’s the perfect spot!! Currently, no pets but the landlord is willing to consider cats! The room can come furnished for a price or unfurnished. I would be happy to show you around!

There are currently two girls and one guy that will be occupying the three out of the four available rooms in the house. All roommates are in their 20s. We are pretty clean and mainly are quiet during waking and sleeping hours since we all work! but looking for a more social group to move in!
