About the room
Available August or September 1st. The house is located 8 blocks West of downtown Historical Grapevine; highly sought after neighborhood. We walk uptown often. Cross streets nearby are College and Ball Street, near Nash Farm.
After four wonderful years, our roommate has relocated to NC, with her new job and will be moving out. She said this was THE BEST place she’s ever lived. We will miss her. The room is located upstairs in the house (we rarely go up the stairs). There is a private full bath, 2 other bedrooms and a living room (20’ x 17’) up there. One of the bedrooms serves as a guest room, should my family ever come to visit (which is rarely). An airline employee would be ideal (our former roommate worked for American and was rarely home). *Must be a non-smoker (not even outside is okay, we can’t stand the lingering smell) *No drugs *Must like animals (we have cats and a dog, but, they NEVER go up the stairs either) *No excessive drinkers *No I will not accept a money order from you, through the mail *Must meet in person for an interview *Background check, references and employment verification required (a police officer of 20 years, here in Grapevine, lives right next door. Safe neighborhood) *No overnight guests *No kids *Free WiFi *The room is unfurnished *$500 deposit required *You are welcome to contact our former roommate to hear about her wonderful experience in my home *You will have refrigerator space (we have 2) *I am a gourmet cook, so, if you’d like to have some of it, I will definitely put some on your shelf, from time to time *You will park on street; our garage is fully utilized
This is a very quiet home and we are early to bed and early to rise; we both work full-time. My office and the Master Bedroom and Bath is located downstairs, so, we rarely have the need to go upstairs. I am a professional and work from home for a Fortune 500 company. My boyfriend and I are in our early 50’s. Our yard is nicely landscaped in front and well kept. The entrance to the house is located by the stairs that go straight up to the second level, where the room is.

About the roomies
We are in our early 50’s and live downstairs, 98% of the time! This is an excellent set up. I cook alot and we will go out to socialize a couple times per week. I work for a Fortune 500 company and have a home office here downstairs; right now working from home 100% due to COVID.
