Zoya's room

One bedroom on the 1st floor, two on the 3rd floor. Balcony and backyard! Being so close to Baldwin Park, it’s a very pleasant stroll on Saturday mornings to see what’s happening at the Farmers Market, or any day there’s always dogs playing, or people having fun playing soccer, cricket, volleyball, etc. The controlled gate gives us a great feeling of security yet still easy to come and go. Having a two car garage, one roommate can fit their in the garage and the other can park on the street (There’s plenty of safe street parking). The location is perfect, providing easy access to several freeways, to downtown events and the centralized location makes it easy to get to any spot in Houston. The very high ceilings give a great feeling of spaciousness and the hardwood floor provide a great feeling of warmth. There is a back gate to the complex which opens on to a large, grassy area.

I’ve recently purchased this home so there are no other roommates yet. I’m very easy going and quiet. I study most of the time as I’m in law school. I have a medium sized dog named Nala who is very well-trained and sweet. I’m looking for two female roomies who are trustworthy, tidy, and fairly quiet on weekdays. :)
