Looking for a roommate in a 2/2. Utilites stays around $70/month. You get your own bathroom and room. Theres a full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, etc. The room has a walk in closet. The apartment is already furnished since I have lived there for a year so far with a different roommate. We can definitely move stuff around though. The complex is gated, has a gym, tennis court, racquetball courts, and pools. Very close to shopping centers, grocery stores, and I4.

I have lived in the apartment for a year so far and love it, which is why I’m trying to get a roommate instead of moving. My current roommate is moving to a different city and if you want you can ask her questions. I work for a crime laboratory so anyone living in the apartment will have to adhere to federal laws meaning no smoking or drugs, no crazy record. I don’t have a problem with smoking but it cannot be in the apartment or kept in the apartment.. I got my degree a year ago and would prefer someone in college or newly graduated. I have a cat so have to be okay with cats and not allergic. Ultimately I would like us to hang out sometimes but not constantly bothering each other if we don’t want. I’m pretty introverted and don’t have people over very often.
