Kelly's room

We have two rooms available in this Bedstuy 1st floor walk up! Newly renovated, large open living space, tall ceilings, brand new Laundry IN unit and amazing big private backyard space. Utilities range from 60-100 each a month depending on the time of the year (heaters vs AC), landlord is very flexible and helpful.

First room is $850: It has a large closet, window and is street facing with a private door attached. We usually just keep the door shut, but you’re welcome to use it as a private entrance! Bed frame, mattress and some cabinets are available if you’d like.

Second Room is $900: Large closet, window and AC unit, bed frame and dresser available if youd like.

My name is Kelly and I am a video director and production designer. I love chill hang outs, biking, getting out of the city, photography and good movies and a good beer! I am a kind soul that likes to have fun on the weekends and enjoy life as much as possible.

We have such a comfortable set up in this apartment, that I am determined to find other humans who would also enjoy sharing the space, feel free to ask any questions. Looking for an ideal 3 month commitment with opportunity to extend after that.
