Looking for a housemate to help fill our large, 5 bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom, Marinwood Home. The house comes with a pool, hot tub, fruit trees, gas stove, gas fire place and a washer/dryer in the garage. THe room will be available on the 17th of this month for $1150 + utilities. We are showing the house/rooms upon request, if interested, please shoot me a message! We are looking for housemates around our age who work full time, are down-to-earth, pet friendly, and enjoy life! There’s a beautiful hiking trail just down the street (Horne trail), a market about a five minute walk from the house, and a park about a 10-15 minute walk away. There is plenty of office space for those working from home!

We’re an engaged couple in our late 20’s with two golden Retrievers. We were joined by two other young professionals in August. Everyone works full time, Covid safe, down-to-earth, pet friendly, and enjoy life!
