Length of Lease available are 6 month, 9 month, or 1 year. Monthly rent is $750 WITH utilities (Water, electricity, Internet, Washer/Dryer).

I am a 27 year old Mortgage Processor working in Downtown Orlando, as well as going back to school at UCF spring of 2023. I enjoy watching sports, going to the gym, golfing, learning about real estate, and playing video games.
