• 4 bedroom house with a shared driveway and 3 parking spots. The 4th person parks on the street. Unlimited overnight parking is allowed for anyone (including guests)
• I have the smallest bedroom, which is on the first floor. The other three bedrooms are on the second floor.
• House comes fully equipped with a dining room, living room, renovated kitchen, and two bathrooms
• Washer/dryer in basement
• Lots of storage space in unfinished the basement
• Landscaping and snow removal all done by the landlord
• Utilities not included, normally around $50-$100 a month per person
• House comes with window units for each bedroom and a big wall unit for downstairs
• 5 minute walk/1 minute drive from the green
• Small patio outside
• House is partially furnished
• Two bathrooms in the house, but one is in the master bedroom upstairs (already rented). The remaining three roommates share the full bathroom downstairs.

The two bedrooms are $780 and $720 a month. Month and a half security deposit per person.

Lease is for October 1, but needs to be signed by July 20.

Side note- this landlord is the best landlord I’ve ever had. He lives close and whenever ANYTHING breaks or goes awry, it gets fixed within 24 hours. Also we are supposed to be getting a new washer/dryer in the fall. The ones in the house now work perfectly fine, they’re just a little old.

I’m looking for 2 roommates to share a house in Morristown. It’s a 4 bedroom house, two of which are available. I am a 24 year old female full time student who also works full time. The other tenant who will be signing the lease is a 24 year old professional woman starting an MBA program in the fall. You are a female (preferred) or male, who is a working professional (highly preferred) or student, or both like me! No partiers or constant overnight guests. Obviously a birthday party, get together, or lil sleepover is fine, but nothing excessive.
