Privacy is key. This is where to live when a roommate situation is the best option but preferences are to live alone. Almost totally separate living spaces with the future option to be completely separate and secured. Furnished or unfurnished. Must be a decent human trying to live their life avoiding chaos versus inviting it in. This is a low drama, higher thinking, open-minded, non judgemental, integrity focused place I’m trying to maintain. Rocking boats for social change, political correction, fun on a Friday night is all OK, just not within these walls where peace is paramount. Stealing, combative behaviors, out of control habits of any kind, entitled gimme gimme actions, lack of integrity and moral fortitude is not acceptable. Talk is cheap and everybody is broke. So why dont we just talkitover and be well. Make this world great again by personal responsibility for ones own greatness.

I’m pretty chill - 420 friendly but don’t partake. Would be required in room only or outside as I’m allergic. Otherwise, I believe all things are possible and all things are good when a long enough timeline is reviewed. So smile with true joy in your heart or smile and nod when it gets tough. Tough is what it takes to know happy when its available. Joy is a state of mind.
