Camryn's room

The apartment is a part of a 4-plex building on the north side of Rochester and the room available is about 8 ft x 11 ft with a closet and a window. The complex is secured entry with a key to enter the building and one to get into the apartment. This apartment is cat friendly but I am not open to having dogs as my cat does not like them. If you bring a cat there will be a $150 pet deposit paid to the landlords. Everything in the apartment is newly renovated with new appliances, flooring, and surfaces. The living room and kitchen are furnished and the bathroom is shared. Wifi is $50 a month, so $25 split, and electric is usually around $35 and is split as well.

I am the only one living in this apartment besides my cat Blu. I am 21 years old and just recently moved to Rochester upon graduating from Winona State University in May this year. I work a full-time job now at an eye care clinic down the road, and like to spend a lot my free time either at home or with friends. I am very laid back and I respect other people’s space, privacy, and things. I am hoping to find someone who can do the same. My cat is very friendly as well. She might try to visit you in your room here and there to see what you are up to, because she is very curious and confident. She is not an uptight cat whatsoever. There is currently two other apartments in the 4-plex that are occupied. The people who live right above can be loud sometimes but it really doesn’t bother me too much. I rarely see and can’t hear the other tenants.
