I have a beautiful 3/2.. Its just me and my daughter… The room comes furnished with a comfy king size bed and a dresser or if you have your own we can move it out. We stay to ourselves. I love to cook and you’re more than welcome to eat with us anytime.. I don’t have any traffic in and out the house and keep a very clean home. There is a washer and dryer you’re more than welcome to use. The $800 is all the bills included… Theres a huge backyard with a grill and table n chairs. Hit me up anytime if you have any questions.
