Opportunity for a small cohesive group 5(+/-), no pets to live sustainably on a private walled-in property with fertile ground. However, there will be 1 pet that is people friendly on the premises which would belong to myself. Private walled property bordering a park. Walking access to Bosque.

The house is located on end of small dead-end street and borders a small park. This place generally is very quiet and magical. There is a beautiful history to this property.

Main House is 3 bdrm (unfurnished) and a 1- 1/2 bath (bathtub and shower shared). Single Occupancy Only. The Rooms have a small closet. Looking for 1 roommate for the main house, preferably a female as there are 2 females that already live in the main house. All utilities included and internet.

Great opportunity for growing food on this land, chickens, etc. There is an irrigation well. I will mainly work from home myself but I may travel and work away from home. I have an idea eventually to use this place as a learning center to learn about permaculture, and holistic living, soap making etc. Looking for some unique people with the same mindset and who are more open and evolved spiritually. Would love people to help out with the landscaping in the backyard to make it a place for permaculture (growing food), mediation, yoga or holistic classes. This is a great place for a sabbatical if you’re stopping by Albuquerque and need to readjust and meet some great people along your path, or this could be more of a haven for you if you looking to learn and work with the earth and get grounded within yourself. All this goes to say that I am looking for salt of the earth type of people. No judgment here.
