2. bedroom simply/nicely furnished & Sony HD TV
3. Fenced back and nice front yard, with patio, much shade, quiet dead end street, great neighbors I know by name
4. awesome kitchen w/ newer appliances,
5. Central AC
6. small laundry room,
7. storage in 2 sheds
8. simple but tastefully furnished bedroom;
9. near awesome outdoor parks (Koteewi - aerial adventure park, horse trails, hiking/biking, boating), Morse Reservoir, etc.
10. Small but nicely equipped living room
11. Primary renter gone as much as 8-9 months of year - (So often entire house will be roomie!)
12. ROOMIE MUST: Understand that this is not an equally shared home. It is an opportunity to enjoy a great small home for much of the year, but is more like house sitting with a private room. Respecting the primary renter’s space, personal when he is in town is absolutely precious and without it, will disqualify the potential new renter. The potential renter also must understand this is a space for one person only; to be clear, you must be SINGLE, mature, have references, be trustworthy, and ideally live in the home only part time, or use as a studio…ABSOLUTELY NON-smoker OR VAPE; proof of fully COVID 19 vaccinated, no drugs or any substance abuse; be neat in their room with references from previous experiences and keep home well cared for; confine possessions to their room, storage shed; shared 50% cabinets for food; use 1 parking space at end of drive; sign 12 mo. lease- (if break before 12 months, forfeit deposit); provide 3 references, $600 deposit, 1st & last months rent, share duties with mowing yard, shoveling snow, tracking mail, and fix /pay for any damages. Must give 45 days notice after a year.

(Tom) - Mature, active, self employed adult, travels frequently, enjoys quiet time when home; Tom is fully vaccinated, healthy; Christian; non smoker, no drugs, enjoys eclectic music, movies, cooking, outdoors and gym. Maggie, (almost 5 yrs old, well behaved but playful Siberian Husky service dog) is Tom’s sidekick.
