0.7 Miles to the beach. This building will be 2 years old in November. It’s 1250 sq ft not including rooftop deck that belongs to this unit alone. I’m renting out 1 bedroom with guest bathroom (w/shower, so since it’s a guest bath it needs to remain tidy) It’s an open concept plan with hardwood floors, counter/bar, street parking and parking in back lot. I’m trustworthy, respectful, easy going, responsible, drama free, ethical and kind and require the same in a roommate . No couch surfers. Overnight guests with mutual agreement. And although I do enjoy partying this wont be a party house.I’m hoping to find a responsible, considerate adult female/transitional female that would feel safe, happy and comfortable. The cost of rent is concrete and will never be raised.
