The townhouse is a two story end unit on a hilltop with plenty of natural light and a comfortable cross breeze. It’s located within a well-kept gated community with a large pool and Jacuzzi just a short walk away. There are plenty of parks and conveniences nearby and it’s only a short drive to the beach or to the downtown areas of Oceanside, Vista, or Carlsbad.

I’m easy going, considerate, clean and tidy. I work full time outside of the home and spend most of my time away, fairly active in my spare time, and enjoy a balance of being social and chilling out.

I’m seeking one responsible roommate (professional / student) that values a friendly and relaxed environment in a clean and cozy home versus sharing a place with a houseful of roommates.
