Located in Silver Lakes by the golf course. Quiet street. House has 2 patios, a living room and den w/TVâs. No problem for privacy. Room is partially furnished w/futon and small fold out desk attached to the wall. You would have full use of house. Smoking o.k. outside or in the garage.

There are 2 of us and we like to keep it nice and tidy. Very easy going and fun. We like to fish, go riding out in the desert and are generally busy doing something. Smoking o.k. outside or in the garage. 1 small animal would be o.k. but we have a large boxer and a senior cat.
