ROOM: (10’x11’) downstairs with shared bathroom W/TUB with ONLY ONE other male roommate. $899/month

Roommates have full access to kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, backyard/patio, ATT Fiber 1G internet, dining room table, and living room.

Overnight guests are OK—no 3rd roommate kind of deal.

$900 refundable deposit (split over 2 months OK) Month-to-month OR 6-mo or 1-year lease, your choice! Be an accepting person. And a nice person that gets along with others

Even with the housemates, the house is very quiet.

Rent does not include split shared utilities, which is $80/month average (PGE, Water/garbage, Internet, Gardener) This month it was only $62!

We have one small Shih-Tzu dog that may roam the downstairs; she’s 12 years old. No other pets, sorry.

LOCATION: Our home is located near Duane Ave. and Fair Oaks Ave. in Sunnyvale in a friendly neighborhood Court, just a couple of minutes to Highway 101 and a few more to 237. Extremely close to Lawrence Expressway, Central Expressway, El Camino, which is awesome for anyone who likes to get around fast. Also Easy and quick access to downtown Sunnyvale (one of our favorites for dining on the weekend) Mountain View and Santa Clara areas are nearby as well.

*The Lawrence Caltrain station and Downtown Sunnyvale Caltrain station, and the Mountain View Caltrain station are just minutes away, for those of you who commute or like to go away on weekends. We are also in the middle of all the tech hubs. Plenty of theatres, entertainment, restaurants, and grocery nearby.
